- You can now display a comment next to an activity's name in a signup schedule.
To do this, start the activity's Description field with !emphasis phrase!.
This causes the Emphasis Phrase to be
displayed at the start of the description AND
next to the activity name on signup pages. (It is displayed after the name in the list layout
and below the name in the grid layout).
- The # Wanted field of Copy/Update Schedule Item has been renamed
Availability. It can still be used to update #-Wanted, but now
it can also be used to
say why an item is unavailable for signup. You can close signups,
or you can indicate the slot has some other purpose. Additionally
you can manage the why-unavailable terms you have created by
clicking on Do Setup Action-->Unavailable Items.
- The Self-Signups schedule property and the Scope view property have both
been renamed Visibility. The 3 levels of visibility a shared view or schedule can have are
For-Everyone, Privileged Users (which replaces Admin/Observer
since it applies to agents as well), and a new level Admin-only (only administrators
can see such views).
