| The underlying bug has been fixed, but there is an ergonomic issue that is unclear. Whoever did this -- did you: 1) Type a bad name accidentally and hit Enter before you realized it -- iow, you want error reported and opportunity to fix what you typed. OR 2) Type a new person's name and reflexively hit Enter rather than clicking on the HERE link in "No matches ...." -- iow, you want the Register box to appear even tho you did Enter rather than Here-click.
