| We view this as an excellent use of the PRESTO forum. However PRESTO is used by multiple groups. Since this message is relevant only to other ushers, it should have been shared with just your group (ie. Create Topic->To->Only your group).
When using software (such as PRESTO), people tend to ignore things that are not directly related to what they are doing. So such usage (ie. a group-wide question) will probably only be fruitful if your group administrators have encouraged people to use the forum in this way. So you might want to email them about whether they have done this or you think they should.
